Trust us for this super-simple, barely-alcoholic, ultra-refreshing cocktail:

Yuzu Sake Spring Spritz

Recipe:

• Fill your glass of choice with ice.
• Pour in a little yuzu sake. We used Heiwa Shuzo Yuzushu – a 1:1 mix of one-year-old Junmai Sake and yuzu juice – unbelievable taste and only 7% alcohol by vol. If you don’t have yuzu sake, substitute with limoncello.
• Top up with freshly SodaSparkled chilled water and gently stir.
• Garnish with fresh citrus, if desired.
