Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup – equal parts boiling water and sugar, cool before using
- Ice as needed
- Handful fresh mint leaves
- Soda Sparkled water
- Fresh lime or lemon
Instructions
- Muddle the lime and mint leaves (if you prefer to, remove the lime skin first)
- Combine the muddled mixture with simple syrup
- Place ice cubes in a tall glass, add mixture
- Top with soda sparkled water and stir
- Garnish with a mint leaf and serve
