Terms and Conditions

Your account will be charged in New Zealand Dollars.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

We aim to ship goods within one to two business days. If the item is out of stock, we will advise you via email. Delivery timeframe estimates from our courier partners are 2-3 working days to North Island destinations and 3-4 working days to South Island destinations, however, please note these are estimates only and we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers which are out of our control.

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Soda Sparkle delivers to New Zealand destinations only.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost on orders up to NZ$20.00 will be:
NZ$7.50 – North Island
NZ$10.00 – South Island

 

Shipping cost on orders $20.00 to $50.00 will be:
NZ$10.00 – North Island
NZ$12.50 – South Island

Orders over NZ$50.00 will be shipped FREE of charge.

Faulty goods

Please contact us if you believe that the product you have received is faulty. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. No claims shall be considered unless made within 30 days from the date of purchase. The Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply if the products purchased are for business purposes. In no event shall Soda Sparkle’s liability exceed the purchase price of the goods that are the subject matter of any claim.

Incorrect products supplied

A request to return goods incorrectly supplied must be made within 7 days of purchase. Should we send you the wrong product; a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return. SodaSparkle will cover all courier costs.

Incorrect products ordered

A request to return goods incorrectly ordered must be made within 7 days of purchase. Should you order the wrong product; a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Goods must be returned in original condition, unopened, complete with undamaged retail packaging. Products cannot be returned if opened. You will be responsible for all courier costs for the return and redelivery of goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return.

Returns

Please contact our customer service department on service@direct-imports.co.nz or (06) 8737095 before returning goods so that we can arrange a RA number (Return Authorisation number) and inform you where to send the goods.

1 year warranty

SodaSparkle products are covered by a 1 year warranty. If you wish to return a product, we must first be contacted and advised. Please contact us on (06) 873 7095 or email service@direct-imports.co.nz

Products purchased from an authorised reseller

If you purchased your SodaSparkle products from one of our authorised resellers and the product is deemed to be faulty you will need to return the product to the place of purchase with the original receipt. The reseller will then contact us to arrange replacement.
